Return Policy for Domestic Orders

We offer a 7-day return policy for all online jewellery purchases within India. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you expected, you can return it easily. Just follow these steps:

Make sure the product is unused and packed in its original box.
Include the original invoice and any certificates that came with the jewellery.
Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once confirmed, our courier will collect the product from your address. You won’t have to pay anything for the pickup.

Free Return Shipping

You don’t need to worry about return shipping costs. Under the Capital Gold & Diamonds return policy, we cover all return charges for orders within India.

Return Conditions

To ensure smooth returns, please keep the following in mind:

Reach out to us before sending anything back.
The product must be unused, not altered, and in its original packaging.
Jewellery should include all tags, seals, and accessories it came with.

Missing documents or tampered packaging may result in a declined return.

How Refunds Work

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund:

Online payments: We’ll refund the amount to your original payment method. This usually takes 7 to 15 working days.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- If you give us a cancelled cheque, we’ll refund the amount directly to your bank account through NEFT.
- If not, we’ll send you a cheque by courier. This may take up to 30 working days.
